• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted (custom orders may take longer).

• We ship via USPS/UPS. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

• Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or mishandling. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for updates.

Fragile Items (Double-Walled Liquid Cups)
Our cups are carefully packaged to prevent damage, but because they are double-layered with liquid inside, they may be more vulnerable to rough handling during shipping. We strongly recommend handling with care when opening your package.

If your cup arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or refund, and if needed, assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
